At our centrally located Community Center just off U.S. Highway 27, Hands of Hope America provides a variety of programs and supportive services for individuals, children, and families during regular business hours.
Services include mental health support, financial stability and financial literacy classes, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), youth enrichment programs, and additional community resources and services designed to help individuals and families achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.
Our R.I.S.E. After-School Program is offered on-site during the school year, with Summer Camp available during the summer.classes and more. Computer internet access and data entry/word processing capabilities on location.

Hands of Hope America’s Emergency Food Assistance Program serves individuals and families experiencing food insecurity throughout Lake, Polk, Orange, and Osceola Counties. Our pantry is supported by generous donations from community and organizational partners.
Case managers are available on-site to connect families with additional resources, including ACCESS Florida/SNAP assistance, employment assistance, ESOL, financial stability programs, and other community services.
The social work case manager will collaborate with clients to plan, implement, monitor, and amend individualized services that promote clients’ strengths, advance clients’ well-being, and help clients achieve their goals. Virtual appointments available! Contact to find out more.
