R.I.S.E. After School Program

The R.I.S.E. After-School Program at Hands of Hope America offers youth ages 7–18 a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where they can continue learning and growing after the school day ends. 

Participants in the R.I.S.E. camp receive individualized homework assistance, tutoring, and academic support aimed at strengthening skills, boosting classroom confidence, and fostering positive learning habits. Enrichment activities within the program provide opportunities for creativity, exploration, teamwork, and hands-on learning.

The program focuses on the whole child, extending beyond academics. Youth engage in activities that enhance social-emotional skills, resilience, communication, problem-solving, positive decision-making, self-confidence, and healthy peer relationships. Caring mentors at Hands of Hope America offer encouragement and guidance, helping students recognize their strengths and work toward both personal and academic goals.

Furthermore, students partake in physical activities, team-building exercises, and leadership opportunities, as well as community service initiatives, all designed to cultivate responsibility, cooperation, and a more profound connection to their community.

Parent and guardian involvement is valued throughout the R.I.S.E. After-School Program, promoting a collaborative approach to support each student's progress and overall well-being.
